In The Slut Rants, I feature interviews with men and women about their experiences with everything from the Internet to orgasms, and relate them to my own. Significant professional research has gone into each essay, as I wanted the work to be useful as an authoritative reference. Still, the Rants are easy to read, fun, and above all, entertaining. The essays need not be read in any particular order; most are less than 5,000 words, making them ideal for today’s hurried lifestyle.
I have a degree in journalism from a respected northern California University, and have worked for several newspapers in California and Colorado, publishing nonfiction. I wrote a column and worked as an editor for a small magazine in Northern California. In addition to publishing extensive nonfiction articles and essays, I have published fiction and poetry. Under the name Beverly Fisher, I have published sex-oriented essays in $pread magazine, and also on several sites on the Internet. And all that stuff aside, I’m actually a really down-to-earth, honest, easy-to-talk-to kind of person.
